About the Conference

The International Institute for Learning, Inc.'s online conferences are designed to deliver the same benefits as in-person events (inspiring speakers, valuable takeaways, networking, and plenty of “aha” moments) without the high cost or time away from work. Enjoy a unique, interactive learning experience from the comfort and convenience of your home or office.

Leadership & Innovation is our first annual event focused on transformation and the people that make it possible. Hear from an incredible lineup of speakers who will change the way you think about your work, the modern workplace, and our world. Learn applicable skills to help support the elite level of leadership, engagement, and transformation that people and organizations truly need to succeed.

In addition to keynotes and presenter videos, attendees will receive free registration to two self-paced courses: Critical Thinking and Creative Problem Solving, and Strategic Thinking and Decision Making. Project Management Institute (PMI)® credential holders can earn up to 26 PDUs through their participation.
